Paragone.ai Technical Account Manager in Paris, France

We are looking for our new Customer Care Representative.

R&R and requirements

Your Role is to support our customers and better understand their issue and support the Technical Support team.


  • Deliver outstanding technical support for specific key customers

  • Deliver technical projects (API/S2S integration with clients & partners…)

  • Deliver audits/recommendations for trackers implementation (pixels, catalogs, offline conversions…)

  • Reply to incoming chats and tickets

  • Manage and reduce your backlog

  • Achieve performance goals (response time, ticket rating)

  • Deal with customers inquiries & Take part of debug, troubleshooting and reproduction of clients' issues

  • Forward customers feedback to the Product team

  • Provide feedback on documentation and knowledge database


Must have

  • Positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers

  • Good communication skills (English & French, another language is a plus)

  • Strong personal organization

  • Synthetic mind and pedagogue approach

  • Good understanding of advertising prospects needs

  • Team player approach and solution-oriented

Better having

  • Having an understanding of digital marketing on social networks

  • Having technical skills in APIs and/or Javascript

  • Quick thinking to provide creative solutions that address customers' needs and concerns
