Paragone.ai Technical Account Manager in Paris, France

We are looking for our new Customer Care Representative.
R&R and requirements
Your Role is to support our customers and better understand their issue and support the Technical Support team.
Missions
Deliver outstanding technical support for specific key customers
Deliver technical projects (API/S2S integration with clients & partners…)
Deliver audits/recommendations for trackers implementation (pixels, catalogs, offline conversions…)
Reply to incoming chats and tickets
Manage and reduce your backlog
Achieve performance goals (response time, ticket rating)
Deal with customers inquiries & Take part of debug, troubleshooting and reproduction of clients' issues
Forward customers feedback to the Product team
Provide feedback on documentation and knowledge database
Requirements
Must have
Positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
Good communication skills (English & French, another language is a plus)
Strong personal organization
Synthetic mind and pedagogue approach
Good understanding of advertising prospects needs
Team player approach and solution-oriented
Better having
Having an understanding of digital marketing on social networks
Having technical skills in APIs and/or Javascript
Quick thinking to provide creative solutions that address customers' needs and concerns
CV in English mandatory
