Conduct random jobsite visitsbuilding report and coaching crews utilizing Site Safety ObservationsInitializing corrective actions, identifying leading indicators andidentifying possible training improvementsParticipate and provide leadership for weekly market safety meetings involvingdiscussions to mitigate hazards, conduct incident root causeinvestigations, or assist operations with pre-job planningServe as a resource to our employees for customer specifications regarding,OSHA regulations, ANSI standards and MNS safety policies.
